Ray Anthony McQueen Jr., also known as Anthone Ray, is a rapper who uses the vehicle of Hip-Hop to inspire others through his passionate lyrics, energetic anthems, and melodic undertones. 

His inspiration to write the music he does is infused with his personal convictions, his life and the lives of others, and using the three as a vehicle to point to solutions driven by a Christian worldview.

Anthone Ray is committed to using his gift of music to reach all people from different backgrounds, different stages of life, and relating to all listeners. He has independently released an album, two EPs, and 3 mixtapes. He is currently working on his sophomore album, Growth. 

Hill City Native was simply a title for a new project that blossomed into a vision and an idea for something greater. Hill City Native not only represents the city where Anthone Ray is from, but represents what it means to have hope and to be the hope in a hopeless place. A city set on a hill.  

No matter how small a person's city is and the restrictions that seem to plague the minds of people in it, you can still strive for a better tomorrow. Hill City Native represents self-confidence, work ethic, and a determination to strive for more.
